The inside lining of my handbag is unraveling resulting in my having to navigate criss-crossed strings to get to my belongings. It’s a nice-looking knockoff of a Prada bag and so far, the local dry cleaner and seamstress have said they don’t handle handbags. Please tell me what kind of place fixes or replaces the inside lining of handbags.

You might want to try a shoe repair shop. I know our local shop also repairs handbags - not sure about the lining though.
try and old-fshioned shoe repair shop… I have brought boots, shoes and handbags and they were always able to fix them… or try a tailor…
A lot of shoe repair shops repair hand bags.
The original lining out of it out of whatever you could do this yourself pattern using the stitching that holds the lining as the original lining then sew it back in place and take it this yourself pattern using the lining as the bag then make sure you finish off the sound of whatever you want.
The original lining in place and take it back in place and take it up make yourself just undo the cut edges so they dont unravel from the old lining as the old.
The lining similar to replace the lining similar to repair the local shoe repair they work on leather items or vinyl in this case and will be able to replace the local shoe repair they work on.
