Is a designer handbag worth it?

I like browsing designer sites and now with the sales there are some bags which I’d like to scout around for. However even in sales it’s a fair bit of cash and my sensible side wonders.
I’m looking specifically at Dior or YSL, I’m a careful owner so do the goods last, can you see they’re quality even if it’s not got logo’s stamped all over (I’m looking at classic shapes, classic colours).

Personally I don’t think so…. I mean, a bag is a bag is a bag. But if you’re really fickle for designer names, then maybe it’s worth it for you.

They can be very expensive.I suppose you could look upon them as an investment.I’ve never had one, so I don’t know if they last long.If you can afford one, and you really want one, treat yourself.Harrods have had some nice Lulu Guinness ones in the January sales.
I buy handbags that are about £5, use them until the zip goes, then buy a new one.I’ve never been one for fashion really.I tend to go for more practical things.

My bags which have used many times over and gucci bags are beautiful and gucci bags in use go for it its worth it personally dont like the style of ysl bags which have used many times over and price is way ott try websites.
