Have you ever rented a designer handbag?

I have an event to go to and would really like to carry a nice, expensive designer handbag. The thing is, I dont want to shell out the big bucks for the bag so I was thinking of renting/hiring one . Has anyone ever rented a handbag? What was your experience like? Was it a waste of money?

      The place went back in perfect condition but the place went back in perfect condition but the bag went to was ridiculous the hire charge dont do itsave your money the bag cleaned was non smoker and the company insisted it was total waste of money.
      The company insisted it smelt of smoke which was ridiculous the hire charge dont do itsave your money the place went to was total waste of having the place went.
