The reason designer handbags are so popular is basically that… well, they’re just better!
Designer handbags will not break down, wear away, get as dirty, snap, etc, etc. They’re easier to maintain because they’re made with much higher quality material than fake handbags.
Furthermore, imitation handbag makers often use child labor or other forms of immoral labor to make the handbags, which adds to why the fake ones are so cheap. Designer handbags hire laborers in humane conditions, and pay them much better.
